 DEPARTURE

 It is requested that all rubbish is removed and placed in the large blue bins located out in the car park.   The apartments must be left neat & tidy, the keys on the   kitchen bench, the dishes washed and put away & lock up on exiting. An excess cleaning fee will be charged at the rate of $150.00 if additional cleaning is required.

 RULES

 Disturbance to other apartments, including excessive noise is prohibited. Please note the Owners Corporation has introduced a new ruling prohibiting noise on the   outside areas after 12 midnight.  This will be strictly adhered to and if you fail to observe this ruling it will result in immediate termination of rental and loss of bond  and all monies paid will be forfeited.
